Facilities & Information

This is a self-contained, self-catering apartment that is fully equipped with everything to ensure a stay here is comfortable and enjoyable. The guest has exclusive use of the apartment for the duration of the stay.

There is another residential apartment in the building, so it should be noted that the front door, the lobby and the stairs are shared.

Unless there is an emergency, the owner does not come to the property, so communication with the owner is purely by messaging or by telephone.

Independent access is by way of a key safe on the outside wall by the front door, and guests are sent the code on arrival day.

The flat is entirely fuelled by electricity, with an electric water boiler and electric radiators. There is no gas connection at all, so there are no carbon monoxide alarms.
